FJ tours reserves the right to cancel tours, amend fares, itineraries and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport or use associated tour operators as required.

Refunds are not available for wet or changing weather conditions.

All major credit cards, Australian travellers cheques and cash are accepted.

For any tour components not operated by FJ Tours, we cannot and do not take any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any matter.

FJ tours do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property.

There is no refund for no shows or cancellations on the day of the tour.

No hotel drop-off after the river cruise. 

Australia and New Zealand pensioners and full time students qualify to travel  using a concession fares. Please have your card with you. Must be requested when booking.

YHA, VIP & ISIC – all cards accepted for discount. Must be requested when booking. 

Children’s rates are from 4-12 years. Children under 4 years not requiring a seat travel free. (Except on SL12 as they will require a properly fitted baby/booster seat)
